Foton Aumark 2020 Target: Surpassing 100,000 Units
www.chinatrucks.com: On December 17, 2013, Foton Aumark Annual Business Conference 2014 is grandly held in Beijing. In the conference, a summery of 2013 is made and a new strategic plan for 2014 is delivered.
As China’s first medium- and light-truck with European standard, Aumark has been taking it as its own responsibilities to create high value for users and improving its product quality. Moreover, it pays attention to the “soft” strength by putting humanistic care into its brand building system for the first time in medium and light truck industry, which is fully demonstrated in this annual conference. In 2013, guided by the “strategy of breakthrough on demands” and supported by dealers, service providers and partners, Foton staff work closely and make innovations to strive further progress, leading Aumark to achieve astonished development. The sales performance is gratifying, up by 40% year on year. Only in the first half 2013, the sales volume of Aumark has already had the highest growth rate in the targeted market. The products complying with China 4 standards is most striking with a growth rate over 60%. In the meantime, Aumark further enhances its humanistic care into brand building. It introduces an easy and common marketing method in the form of cartoon which wins very good reputation.

Aumark as one of the most important brand of Foton will continue with Foton’s development concept “foresight and sagacity leading the future” in 2014 and proceed with transformation and innovation by making constant effort in creating high-level medium and light trucks. By 2015, the company predicts to have a sales volume hitting 30,000 units; by 2016, hitting 100,000 units, 48,00 units for domestic market, accounting for 75%; and by 2020, the sales volume in Chinese market will break through 100,000 units. The zooming of brand value will further consolidate its market position as No.1 brand in Chinese medium and light truck segment. In future, on the basis of “strategy of breakthrough on demands”, integrating advantageous value of Foton and Foton Cummins, Aumark will realize a leaping development in terms of production and sales, market stock and after-sales service by 2020.
