Sinotruk Ranking First for 10 Years in Exports
www.chinatrucks.com: Many European and American leading enterprises come to China and provide their advanced products and technologies to one Chinese truck maker—Sinotruk. These enterprises include the world’s third heavy truck manufacturer MAN that promises to transfer 100% technology of Euro Ⅲ, Euro Ⅳ and Euro Ⅴ and quality control, American Wabco that supplies the air management products, ABS EBD and transfer control system, and Continental that provides electronics and instruments, etc.

In the past, Sinotruk was only able to look up to foreign advanced heavy truck makers, while it grows stronger, Sinotruk finally catch up with those makers and keep pace with the world’s top 500 enterprises.
International vision and China’s first and the world’s third largest strength make Sinotruk more confident in the international arena.

Sinotruk SITRAL general assembly line
Everyone in Sinotruk commonly agrees that the time of merging small business is gone. In the global economic environment, only through foreign enterprises coming in and domestic enterprises going out can the heavy duty truck industry becomes stronger and larger.
President Ma Chunji says Sinotruk attaches great importance to internationalization and start to explore ways to proceed. Its internationalization is all dimensional, including capital internationalization by establishing international financing platform to tackle the difficulty of capital bottleneck; technology internationalization by setting up innovative mechanism to seize international leading core technology; market internationalization by establishing a global marketing network and building a global after-sales service; brand internationalization by creating international independent brand to improve brand image and value; talent internationalization by training a internationalized team to meet for the international process; management internationalization by finishing the reform, identifying a market-oriented operation system, and introducing modern scientific management.

The internationalization strategy rewards Sinotruk good results. In 2013, it exports approximate 300,000 units of complete vehicles and bringing in over 600 million dollars of revenue, maintaining its first position in exporting heavy duty trucks for ten years
With the increase of exports, Sinotruk alters its marketing strategy of “waiting for customers” to “going out”, establishes 6 companies in charge of exports of complete vehicles and parts, and authorizes dealers to explore market and conduct after-sales service. Currently, Sinotruk sets up 24 sales branches in countries and regions with potential market and initiates sales, part and service stations in more than 70 counties. Offices are erected in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thai
