Sinotruk Jinan Commercial Vehicle’s Annual Sales Conference 2014
www.chinatrucks.com: From January 26-27, 2014, Siniotruk Jinan Commercial Vehicle sales department organizes its 2014 annual conference which invites vice general manager Yu Youde of Sinotruk and chairman of the board of Jinan Commercial Vehicle Yan Wenjun. Vice general manager Yu Youde points out at the conference that the group will provide vigorous financial and mechanical support to Jinan Commercial Vehicle sales department on sales and marketing work. In the meantime, he puts up with three points of requirements: first to follow laws and regulations, second to give strike to key sales regions and models, third to develop and maintain key customers in a positive way, fourth to utilize better the platform of local governments and internet and fifth to digest stock continuously.
Chairman of the board Yan Wenjun stresses in his speech that one of the top priorities of 2014 is to enhance management on basic works in order to lay a solid foundation for future development and production. Jinan Commercial Vehicle will take basic, operational and political layers into consideration, make more exchanges with dealers, and take every analysis report seriously so as to better implement every solution from the headquarters. Efforts should be make on national policy making and market development.

General Manager of sales department Liu Zhengtao delivers a speech as well in which he explains SITRAK’s success in high-level market and good reputation in 2013, achieving a sales volume of more than 200 units and building up a sound image of Sino-German high-level heavy truck. The development of big customers yields good results through the signing of strategic cooperative agreement with many big enterprises. At the same time, progress is also seen in terms of internet construction, practical and positive service, implementation of “eight promises”, digestion of stock, management flow and employee training, etc.
In 2014, Jinan Commercial Vehicle sales department will mainly focus on the following work: first to conduct a series of activities named at “brand, quality and efficiency” to improve product mix and integrate marketing network; secondly, to expand marketing promotion of SITRAK and fulfilling the goal of replacing domestic trucks by imported ones; thirdly to enhance internet construction and enlarge tier-one sales network which is encouraged to guide the second tier network; fourthly, make clear positioning for products and define major models to enlarge market share and cultivate new growth points; fifthly, to bring service policies into full swing and strictly follow the services of “eight promises” and improve customer satisfaction; sixthly, to make sure dealers’ profits through strict control on management; seventhly to issue product notices in a more scientific and rational way and eighthly, to enhance marketing and promotion.
At the conference, advanced branches, advanced departments and advanced individuals are praised and a series of training on SITRAK, risk control, spare part service and network construction are made. An assignment notice 2014 is signed with the headquarters.
