Sinotruk Signs Strategic Agreement with Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics
www.chinatrucks.com: Sinotruk signed strategic agreement with Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics Committee in Jinan on April 22, 2014. Senior management of both sides witnessed the signing ceremony. And Sinotruk sales company general manager Zhang Xiaodong and deputy secretary of Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics Committee signed the agreement.
The agreement rules that the two parts will cooperate on information, technology and business and improve the two parts' influences on heavy trucks. Sinotruk will provide the best trucks for Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics Committee to improve efficiency and reduce operation costs and Sinotruk can also raise their market shares in Northeast China and North China with the help of Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics Committee.
Sinotruk is the cradle of China heavy-duty vehicles and it is also the largest heavy-duty vehicle production base and leading company, and they have produced the first heavy truck, Huanghe JN150, and they are also the first domestic truck maker which introduce foreign heavy truck technology and built joint venture with world leading truck makers. They own over 2000 vehicles, including HOWO-T7H/T5G (with Germany MAN), HOWO-A7, HOWO-7, Styre etc. and the power range are from 160-440 hp and the
vehicle types include cargo van, tractors, dumpers, refitting vehicles, natural gas vehicles and special vehicles.
Jinzhou Xiandai Logistics Committee is founded in 2007 and they have over 40 membership companies and with over 1000 vehicles and they mainly serve Jinzhou port for transporting petroleum chemical, container and break-bulk cargo. And the committee is responsible for vehicle purchases, cargo transports etc.
