More than 40 Dongfeng New Light Trucks to Launch in 2014
www.chinatrucks.com: Dongfeng Light Commercial Vehicle Company held mid-year business meeting on July 19 in Wuhan.
The Company showed Dongfeng Captain, Dongfeng Yueling, Dongfeng Duolika etc many hot sales light trucks and over 40 Dongfeng light trucks with national 4 emission can be bought in all the 4S shops in China, and Dongfeng became the auto company which sells the most varieties of the light trucks with national 4 emission.
Currently there are two ways to realize national 4 emission standards in China, one is to add urea tank in the exhaust air system, namely high pressure common rail + SCR, and the core parts are high pressure common rail system, urea supply system and urea injection system and the main principle is to eject and burn particulate matters with high pressure and then it can use urea to selective catalytic reduction the nitric oxide after burning.
The second is to add DOC/POC after treatment before silencer, namely high pressure common rail + EGR, and the main principle is to lead back parts of the exhaust gas to burn with the fresh air together with EGR system which can largely reduce nitric oxide in the exhaust gas and the off gas can be cleaned by the DOC/POC after treatment system.
Dongfeng light trucks have been used all the above two methods and national 4 emission is realized for Dongfeng Captain, Dongfeng Yueling, Dongfeng Duolika etc main light truck models.
