Over 900 Dongfeng Liuzhou Trucks Delivered in Q1
www.chinatrucks.com: Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor secured an order for 926 trucks from Vietnam in the first quarter, up 509.21% over last year, and up 38.62% over the 4th quarter last year, hitting record high. And the trucks ordered are mainly 4×2 tractors and 8×4 cargo trucks.
Vietnam government ratified series of restriction for overloading on transportation since later half year in 2014. And the company researched the new policies in detail and they concluded that tractors and lightweight cargo vans will be needed more for Vietnam markets. And the marketing department developed TT1501ZV and TN4339MP series of trucks fitting Vietnam markets with the technology center. And finally sales of TT1501ZV and TN4339MP series of trucks made 74.62 % of all the sales in the first quarter.
