Auman Super Truck All series AMT Models Launch in Chengdu
On December 4, a press conference was held in Chengdu to mark the debut of Auman super truck all series AMT models, including Auman EST-A, EST, and GTL series trucks equipped with Foton Cummins X series engines and ZF AMT transmission gearboxes.
“Our new generation automatic heavy-duty trucks introduce the latest ZF TraXon transmissions. The sales volume of Auman heavy-duty trucks equipped with ZF transmission gearboxes is expected to reach 8,000 units in 2019, up by 550% year on year. In the meantime, the market share of Auman automatic heavy-duty trucks is expected to reach 75% in China’s automatic heavy-duty truck market,” revealed Song Shushan, Vice President of Foton Daimler and Deputy General Manager of Foton.
By introducing TCU electric control module, Auman automatic heavy-duty truck achieves higher fuel economy. Operation shows that the vehicle is able to save fuel by 3-5 liters per 100 km.
