Newly Launched Dongfeng New Energy & Intelligent Trucks

Dongfeng KL Fuel cell tractor unit: The notable feature is that it combines industry's first Large diameter cylinders with side-mounted high-pressure fan. In doing so, it left 400mm more cargo space for trailer. The powertrain features a 260kw fuel cell single system coupled with high rate battery. It supports integrated hydrogen-electricity applications to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. It can achieve 1,000 km range for 35 Mpa version and 500 km for 70 Mpa version.

On the exterior, Dongfeng KL highlights the "hydrogen" element. The overall shape has been optimized for a lower drag coefficient.Equipped with 250/360kw or 270/410kw double eAxles，it not only adapt to short haul, but also to long haul in complex terrain such as plains, hills and plateaus.

Dongfeng Tianlong KC Electric Mixer Truck targets at city engineering transport. It is equipped with CATL's 350kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and has a range of about 200km. It charges up to 80% in one hour with the 400kW extreme fast EV charger.

The cab was designed with flat floor interior. Meanwhile, It is equipped with a LVKON 270/450kw+4AMT powertrain, top-mounted motor+hydrolic system to drive the mixing tank.

As the highest end tractor unit of Dongfeng, Dongfeng Tianlong GX adopts the family design style of Tianlong flagship model. The grill was painted in the same color to give it a fresh, integrated look and feel. It is equipped with Dongfeng Cummins Z14 engine to pair with Endurant 14-speed transmission. Liquid Retarder is offered as optional by OEM to reduce the use of the vehicle's braking system on a long downhill stretch of road.

The truck is equipped with Dongfeng's own autonomous driving system, which features paddle shifters, lane keeping, full-speed domain cruise control and emergency braking, to effectively reduces driver fatigue and lowers energy consumption by 3 per cent.
