JMC Accelerates Global Presence with 33.4% Sales Growth YoY
In recent days, Jiangling Motors Corporation (JMC) Pickup Trucks accelerated their international presence with a remarkable 33.4% year-over-year sales growth in the first half of 2024. This surge culminated in a significant milestone as a JMC Pickup Truck joined the fleet of Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer, becoming the first Chinese brand vehicle in their esteemed lineup. This achievement underscores JMC Pickup Trucks' dual enhancement in quantity and quality.
Chile: Earlier this year, the JMC Pickup was recognized in Chile, featured among "La Tercera's" top five pickups of 2023, marking a standout for Chinese brands. Concurrently, JMC introduced a new cultural experience with pickup sponsorship at Parque Outlife in Chile, promoting healthy lifestyles and earning widespread acclaim.
Mexico, Peru, Costa RicaIn: In February, JMC Pickup Trucks continued their Latin American expansion with successful launches in Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica. Additionally, JMC made its debut in Malaysia's government vehicle fleet with the delivery of 26 pickups to prison authorities, marking a significant milestone for Chinese automotive brands.
Saudi Arabia: March, JMC Pickup Trucks achieved further recognition by supporting two female drivers in completing the Rally Jameel challenge in Saudi Arabia, a rigorous 1,600-kilometer, five-day rally, enhancing the pickup's visibility and influence.
Saudi Arabia: May witnessed JMC's collaboration with Lovol Heavy Industry to deliver 50 pickups to Saudi Arabia, injecting vibrant energy into the local market.

Philippines: Subsequently, in April, JMC Pickup Trucks debuted at the Manila International Auto Show, entering the Philippines market.
Laos,Nigeria,Colombia: From June onwards, JMC continued its global reach, delivering 20 Yuhu pickups, 50 New Baojun pickups, and 14 Yuhu 7EV pickups to public safety departments in Laos, Nigeria's KADUNA State Security Department, and Avianca in Colombia, respectively.
Iraq: July marked another milestone as the first batch of 100 JMC Pickup Trucks set sail for Iraq, advancing its foothold in the Middle Eastern market. Following successes in Chile, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, and Ecuador, Ecuador became the fifth Latin American market for JMC Pickup Trucks, with nine units delivered to law enforcement.

In the future, JMC is set to introduce new pickup models in Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Chile, Uruguay, and other Latin American markets. Additionally, the JMC Yuhu Off-road and Passenger versions will debut in Chile and Saudi Arabia, further promoting widespread adoption and recognition of Chinese pickups on the international stage.
