IAA 2024: SINOTRUK Set to Unveil Its SITRAK Hydrogen Fuel Cell Tractor
Making its world debut at the IAA Transportation (September 17 to 22, 2024), SINOTRUK will introduce its groundbreaking SITRAK hydrogen fuel cell tractor. This marks a significant milestone for SINOTRUK, following its earlier innovations in the high-end heavy truck segment, and sets a new standard for green transportation.

Innovative Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology: SITRAK Tractor
The SITRAK tractor, powered by SINOTRUK's advanced hydrogen fuel cell technology, showcases a range of new developments. Unlike traditional models, this tractor is designed to deliver zero emissions throughout its operation, embodying a perfect blend of environmental responsibility and high performance. The new model features SINOTRUK’s latest advancements in hydrogen fuel cell systems, electric drive axles, and vehicle control technologies.

Next-Generation Power and Efficiency
This new tractor is equipped with an innovative electric drive axle, integrating two 275kW motors that together provide a total output of 1100kW and a peak power of 1475 horsepower. This setup ensures robust performance across diverse transport scenarios. The vehicle uses dual-axle coupling technology to guarantee seamless power transitions during gear shifts, enhancing the driving experience.
Exceptional Energy Efficiency and Range
The SITRAK hydrogen fuel cell system delivers a rated power of 300kW with an efficiency of up to 65%, showcasing remarkable lightweight design and high performance. It features a hydrogen storage system with eight 350-liter tanks, offering a total capacity of 2800 liters and a fast refueling rate of up to 180g/s. The tractor achieves a hydrogen consumption rate of less than 9.5kg per 100km and an impressive range of 1200km, setting new benchmarks for green logistics.

Advanced Comfort and Safety Features
The tractor’s cabin is designed for luxury and functionality, including air suspension seats, a 12.3-inch central control screen, and electric mirrors. It also features an L2+ level autonomous driving system, providing comprehensive smart assistance to ensure safety and ease of operation.

The SITRAK hydrogen fuel cell tractor not only represents a significant advance in long-distance green transport but also heralds a new era of clean and efficient logistics. SINOTRUK is committed to driving the global transport industry toward low-carbon and intelligent solutions, working with partners to advance the future of green technology.
