JMC Assembles Kaiyun Euro 5 Models in Vietnam
JMC Successfully Assembles Kaiyun + Euro 5 Models in Vietnam Recently, the JMC Kaiyun + Euro 5 prototype vehicles were successfully assembled at the DOTHANH factory in Vietnam. This marks an important step as JMC's new generation light trucks officially enter the Vietnamese market.
The smooth progress of this project was made possible by the thorough preparation of the project team and the close cooperation between the main factory and overseas distributors.

In the initial phase, a joint team from JMC and JMC Import and Export Company conducted in-depth market research in Vietnam. Based on their findings, they developed different engines, wheelbases, and payload capacities to meet user needs, designing two power systems and nine chassis types for a total of 18 models tailored for the Vietnamese market. Additionally, the parts list, assembly process cards, and assembly tool lists were all accurate, while key checkpoints and processes were clearly defined to ensure a successful assembly.
In addition to guidance from PSG engineers and general assembly engineers, the JMC team also sent research and quality engineers to train local assembly staff on VOCF and quality inspection processes. They created a customized scorecard and a comprehensive quality inspection system specifically for the Kaiyun + project in Vietnam to ensure quality control.
The successful assembly of these prototypes not only enhances JMC's competitiveness in the Vietnamese market but also lays a solid foundation for deeper collaboration in the future. Looking ahead, both parties will continue to embrace open cooperation and mutual benefit, exploring new market opportunities together and enhancing products and services to create a brighter future.
