Brazilian Chief Experience Officers' China Tour to FOTON
From September 23 to 29, Foton Motor welcomed partners, industry leaders, and media representatives from Brazil to China for an event themed ’Embrace New Future.’ This event offered a cultural experience while also giving the guests a chance to better understand Foton's brand values. Through discussions, factory tours, and product experiences, the Brazilian visitors gained a deep appreciation of Foton’s innovative ideas and product excellence, laying a strong foundation for future cooperation.
During this cross-border exchange, the guests visited Foton’s key manufacturing sites, including the Super Truck Factory, Multi-Functional Factory in Shandong, Cummins Engine Factory, X Lab, and Daimler Factory. They closely observed Foton's research and development process and learned about Foton’s advancements in new energy, smart connectivity, and autonomous driving technologies. The guests also test-drove Foton’s full range of vehicles, experiencing the strong capabilities of Foton’s commercial vehicles. Through these visits, Foton showcased its advanced production processes, strict quality control, and innovative R&D capabilities, reinforcing its position as a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in China.

Brazil, the largest country in South America, has a vast highway network and thriving urban centers, creating high demand for urban and intercity freight transport. Since entering the Brazilian market, Foton has focused on trucks for urban logistics. With high-quality products and a strong service network, Foton has built strong relationships with local clients and has become an important player in Brazil's freight industry.
In June, Foton introduced its "New Quality Product Power" strategy at the Foton Brazil 2024 Dealer Conference. The company launched four new models—medium trucks, light trucks, micro trucks, and pickups. These vehicles not only expand Foton’s product lineup in Brazil but also meet the market's urgent need for efficient and environmentally friendly logistics solutions, thanks to their new designs and advanced technology.

Looking ahead, Foton plans to bring its full range of products—including heavy, medium, light, micro trucks, pickups, and new energy vehicles—to the Brazilian market. The company is also accelerating the expansion of its dealer network in Brazil, with a goal of reaching 50 dealers by the end of 2024 and over 100 dealers within the next five years to increase its market presence.

Given the strong demand and rapid growth in Brazil, Foton is considering setting up a production base in the country. By leveraging the local supply chain, Foton aims to invest in local production lines to offer higher-quality products and services to Brazil and neighboring markets.
This visit by Brazilian partners to China marks an important milestone in deepening Foton’s cooperation with the Brazilian market. It also serves as a platform for Foton to showcase its green, intelligent, and efficient logistics solutions to the world. Moving forward, Foton will continue to focus on customer needs, collaborate closely with local partners, and drive innovation to support the growth of Brazil's logistics industry.
