On December 8, 2023, the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) successfully held its 2025 Partner Conference in Jinan. At the event, several new energy models made their debut, attracting many partners to take a closer look. Today, we’re excited to introduce these impressive new vehicles!

01. HOWO TX Central Drive Charging Tractor

This model sets the standard for medium and long-haul trucks, with a range of over 400 km.

Large Battery, Worry-Free Range

The truck is equipped with a new generation high-density battery that provides a range of up to 430 km. The battery life is extended with an 8-year or 4500-charge warranty.

Smart Electric Control, Efficient Energy Use

It features a 5-speed high-efficiency energy recovery system with up to 30% recovery efficiency. The truck’s control system, developed in-house, optimizes performance based on different driving scenarios.

Quiet and Comfortable, Intelligent Driving

With new interior and exterior designs, the truck’s NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance has been greatly improved, reducing noise to just 49 dB. The standard easy-shift system makes driving smoother, safer, and more comfortable.

Efficient Motor, Powerful Performance

The truck’s motor delivers a peak power of 490 kW, making overtaking easy. The drivetrain offers a maximum torque of 34,913 N·m, providing strong acceleration and hill-climbing capabilities.

Independently Developed, Perfect Match

The motor, battery, and electric control system are all developed in-house. The control system is precisely matched to various driving conditions, while the electric drive axle and MAN technology-based frame form the optimal power chain.

With three motors, the truck’s peak power reaches up to 825 kW. Each motor can deliver a maximum torque of 500 N·m, ensuring excellent starting and hill-climbing performance.

Efficient Charging, Fast Energy Replenishment

The truck supports 1.3C high-speed charging with a dual-gun 600 Ah system, enabling rapid energy replenishment.

This model features a flat-floor wide-body cabin with ample space and intelligent design.
