Jiefang Truck Adopts Yuchai 6K Engine

Recently, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the production permit to a new batch of vehicles. Jiefang trucks equipped with Yuchai 6K engines are among the list of vehicles.
More specifically, Jiefang introduced YC6K13 520 engine and YC6K12 460 engine to its latest trucks. With more impressive power, the new trucks are set to become Jiefang’s new fist products. The truck mounted with YC6K12 460 engine, in particular, has lowered its body weight to just 8.2 tons and thus achieves higher fuel economy.
