WEICHAI NECV: Building Global Trust through Quality and Service
WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicle, a core business of WEICHAI Group, has gained the trust of customers worldwide with its strong quality control system and attentive after-sales service. The company ensures excellent vehicle quality by covering the entire product lifecycle, from research and development to testing and post-delivery services, making customers feel confident in both purchasing and using their vehicles.

Before Delivery: Strict Testing for High Quality
Before vehicles are delivered to customers, WEICHAI NECV undergoes a series of rigorous tests and validations to ensure stability and reliability in various conditions.

1. Prototype Testing Stage
During the research and development phase, vehicles undergo extreme environment tests known as “three-high tests,” which include high temperatures, low temperatures, and high altitudes. These tests verify the vehicle’s performance in different climates and terrains, ensuring stable operation in various environments. Special development was done for cold regions like Russia to ensure excellent performance in extremely cold conditions. Additionally, electromagnetic compatibility tests are conducted to guarantee safe operation in complex electromagnetic environments. Through multiple rounds of testing and data analysis, WEICHAI NECV continually optimize and improve key technologies, providing an exceptional driving experience for customers.

2. Production Stage
During the production phase, Weichai New Energy Commercial Vehicles continue to follow strict quality control standards. For example, vehicles undergo rain tests to simulate extreme rainfall conditions and verify sealing; rough road tests ensure the vehicle can handle complex road situations; and wading tests confirm the vehicle's safety when driving through flooded areas.

From extreme weather conditions to complex road conditions, electromagnetic compatibility to sealing tests, each vehicle passes multiple layers of testing to meet high factory standards, laying a strong foundation for quality before delivery.
After Delivery: Comprehensive Service for Worry-Free Use
WEICHAI NECV not only focuses on product quality but also leverages WEICHAI Group’s global service network. With service stations established in various countries and regions, the company ensures efficient and timely after-sales support. Additionally, a professional team of field service engineers is available worldwide to provide comprehensive support, from operating guidance to troubleshooting, ensuring customers can use their vehicles without any worries.

From strict testing to comprehensive service, WEICHAI NECV demonstrates their commitment to product quality, ensuring that customers can buy with satisfaction and use at ease.
