FOTON Trains Brazilian Dealers in TikTok Marketing and Livestreaming
FOTON held a four-day digital marketing training program in São Paulo, Brazil, from September 15 to 18, to help local dealers use short videos and livestreaming to reach customers and generate business leads. The program brought together 15 participants from 11 dealerships across Brazil.

The training was the second stop in FOTON’s overseas digital marketing training program and marked a further step in expanding its dealer support in Latin America. It aimed to help Brazilian dealers develop digital marketing skills and find new ways to attract customers in their local markets.
The program focused on TikTok short videos and livestreaming. Training covered account positioning and brand building, short video production, audience growth, livestream operations, online advertising and performance improvement. Participants also learned about team management, performance incentives and paid advertising.

The training combined classroom learning with hands-on practice. Participants learned how to shoot videos, write scripts, edit content, run livestreams and place online advertisements, with a focus on applying these skills to their daily truck sales and marketing activities.
Hands-on Training Delivers Early Results
The program went beyond classroom instruction by using real truck business scenarios for practical exercises. Participants followed a process of learning, practicing, filming and reviewing their work.
During the training, they produced short videos ready for publication. Some videos attracted customer inquiries shortly after being posted, showing the potential of short-form content to generate leads and helping dealers improve their video production and social media marketing skills.

Participating dealers also shared their views on the role of social media in their businesses.
One dealer representative said TikTok provided a natural way to present products to customers. The dealer hoped to use social media to build stronger customer relationships over the coming year.
Another representative described TikTok as an important marketing tool for dealers, saying it could help them reach more customers, increase awareness of the FOTON brand and create new business opportunities.
The feedback highlighted the growing role of short videos and social media in helping dealers connect with customers and support FOTON’s brand development in local markets.
Ongoing Support to Help Dealers Turn Online Engagement into Business
During the training, participants developed team staffing plans and performance incentive programs, completed their first batch of short video scripts and scheduled their first livestreams. These preparations were designed to help dealers put their new skills into practice immediately after the program. All participants successfully completed the training following assessments and examinations.
FOTON will continue to support its overseas dealers as they develop their digital marketing operations. Its new media team is exploring the use of AI-generated content to help dealers produce short videos and run livestreams more efficiently.

Further support will include local coaching groups and standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals to guide daily operations. These efforts aim to help dealers convert online engagement into customer leads and sales opportunities.
Going forward, FOTON will continue to improve its global digital marketing system, expand the use of AI and strengthen cooperation with dealers worldwide. By building local marketing capabilities and helping dealers make better use of digital platforms, the company aims to support its continued international expansion and create new growth opportunities in overseas markets.
