SANY Hosts Overseas Direct Sales Global Dealer Summit in Sanya
SANY held its Overseas Direct Sales Global Dealer Summit in Sanya from February 8 to 9 under the theme “Together Stronger Greater,” bringing together 129 dealer representatives from 39 countries to outline future growth strategies and deepen global cooperation.
Senior executives attending the event included Peng Song, Director of SANY Group; Li Qin, Vice President of SANY Group and Chairman of the Overseas Direct Sales Division; and Vice Presidents Ding Yaojun and Zhou Xiangyu.

Reinforcing Strategy and Channel Development
Addressing participants, Peng Song reaffirmed SANY’s long-term commitment to building a robust and well-structured global dealer network. He emphasized the importance of fostering a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership model between the manufacturer and its dealers.
Peng encouraged dealers to capture emerging market opportunities, accelerate business growth, and strengthen market leadership in their respective regions. He underscored the need for a customer-centric approach, optimized resource allocation, and comprehensive adoption of the DP digital platform to enhance operational efficiency and information transparency. He noted that close collaboration would be key to achieving long-term, win-win development.
Strong 2025 Performance
During the summit, Li Qin reviewed SANY’s 2025 performance, highlighting record-breaking sales revenue from direct sales dealers. Regional markets delivered growth rates exceeding industry averages, reflecting strong global momentum.

In core product segments—including excavators, cranes, and wide-body trucks—multiple dealers secured the leading market share positions in their respective regions, reinforcing SANY’s competitive strength in international markets.
Sharing Market Success Stories
Dealer representatives from Brazil, Ecuador, Oman, the UAE, and Mexico shared best practices and successful case studies. Their presentations covered market expansion strategies, brand building initiatives, service capability upgrades, solution innovation, and value-driven operations.
Introducing a Full Value Chain Empowerment Framework
A key highlight of the summit was the introduction of SANY’s full value chain empowerment framework for dealers. The system spans five core areas: channel strategy, dealer incentive programs, spare parts capability enhancement, service system optimization, and financing support.
Together, these interconnected pillars mark a new phase in SANY’s structured and systematic approach to dealer enablement.
Launch of the Dealer Portal Digital Platform
The summit also witnessed the official launch of SANY’s “Dealer Portal” digital platform, designed to enhance operational integration and collaboration.

The platform consolidates information management, business coordination, and capability development functions. It enables real-time data sharing across sales, service, and spare parts operations, while providing end-to-end visibility for ordering, procurement, service management, and logistics processes. Dealers can also access policy updates and structured training resources through the system.
Recognizing Excellence and Signing 2026 Plans
During the event, SANY recognized outstanding dealers for their annual performance achievements. The company also held a signing ceremony for the 2026 annual business plans and formalized agreements with newly authorized dealers, further strengthening its global distribution network.
Deepening Engagement Through Breakout Sessions
Six specialized breakout sessions were organized to facilitate in-depth discussions on market development, customer engagement, and service improvement. Business unit leaders and dealer representatives exchanged insights and aligned on regional strategies.
In addition, Li Qin conducted one-on-one meetings with key dealers to gather feedback and address operational priorities, reaffirming SANY’s commitment to responsive and collaborative partnership management.
Advancing Global Alignment
The summit showcased SANY’s comprehensive channel support system—spanning strategic planning, digital transformation, and full value chain empowerment—and reinforced strategic alignment and mutual trust with its global dealer network.

Looking ahead, SANY will continue to work closely with its international partners to drive sustainable growth and achieve greater success together.
