FAW Group Jan-Sep vehicle sales volume reached 1.2 Million
Recently, FAW announced that the company totally sold 116,000 vehicles in Sep, including 1,287 additional vehicles, up 10 percent than last month. The Sep sales include 100,205 passenger cars, down 3.0 percent y-o-y; 8,082 medium and heavy trucks, down 32.0 percent y-o-y; 4,423 light trucks and 3,093 mini vehicles, down 38.3 percent and 38.4 percent y-o-y respectively.
FAW sold 1, 200,000 vehicles in Jan-Sep, up 13.9 percent y-o-y which accounted for 16.6 percent of the sales volume of the whole industry, up 0.3 percent y-o-y. FAW Group’s Jan-Sep sales include: 966,686 passenger cars, up 17.0 percent y-o-y; 142,388 medium and heavy trucks, up 15.0 percent y-o-y; 52,969 light trucks and 33,443 mini vehicles, down 8.4 percent and 13.3 percent y-o-y respectively. FAW Group’s sales, both in Sep and the first three quarters, increased faster than that of the whole industry.
