FAW medium and heavy truck export to Angola
(chinatrucks.com, August 27, 2010) FAW has won Angola proposal with 1380 medium and heavy trucks procurement after two years’ great efforts. The initial product has been exported to overseas from Shandong Longkou port. It is a sign of FAW to get break through in Africa market.
Africa market is always the key area of FAW overseas exploration market. FAW has established the plants in Algeria, Angola, Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria since it has set up plants in Tanzania in 1992, and South Africa in 1995. At the moment, FAW has set up sales service network in 11 countries in Africa.
In order to better serve the local customers, FAW is to establish service maintenance station in six main cities of Angola. Auto maintenance equipment and facility shall be provided and technology training to local workers shall also be conducted.
