FAW Jiefang: 60 J6 Euro 4 Dumpers Shipping for Russia
www.chinatrucks.com: On November 1, FAW’s first batch of J6 dumpers arrives at Urumqi and then waits for shipping out to Russia. The 60 J6 dumpers are expected to put into Russia market in late November.
Russia has been an important export market of FAW Jiefang. As early as in 2012, the certificates regarding exports to Russia has been conducted by a joint team of staff from FAW overseas department, import&export company, technical center, so on and so forth. In July 2013, FAW successfully gets the Russia certificate for J6 dumpers after tackling many challenges such as changeable policies in Russia, and difficulties in test and debugging. More certificates for stir trucks, full-drive trucks, and crane-mounted trucks will be awarded one after another by the end of 2013.
On STT exhibition held in Moscow in June 2013, FAW demonstrates two Euro 4 J6 dumpers (6x4 and 8x4), which wins much praises from local distributors and users. Starting from July 2013, FAW East Europe Company also increases publicity and advertisement on J6 and begins to provide trainings for secondary distributors on the product and relevant services. Local users are looking forward to this new product and many secondary distributors show their wishes to order J6 products.
The production of the first 60 J6 exporting to Russia is under close attention of quality department of FAW Group who then make careful checkout on everything related to exports so as to ensure the smooth export.
The launch of new products will bring new vitality to Russia heavy duty truck market, lay a solid foundation for FAW exports, and improve popularity and brand image of FAW.
