Eight Major Truck Makers Calls for ABS on Trucks
www.chinatrucks.com: China Cargo Van Production Committee held the second summit meeting on May 26, 2015, and the eight member manufacturers, FAW, Dongfeng, Sinotruk, Shacman, JAC, Beiqi Foton, SIH and Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles, signed the Proposal of ABS Equipment on Cargo Vans.
The Proposal aims to improve the safe driving of cargo vans, to protect customers profits and the healthy development of China tuck industry.
The Proposal includes the following points, the truck makers will equip ABS on the trucks according to GB7258-2012 requirements, and it calls for the whole industry to equip ABS on the trucks, and it requires the cargo van makers to undertake their responsibility and mutual monitors to maintain reputation of China truck industry.
