First 50 FAW-Hongta Lanjian T340 Pickups to be exported to Laos

www.chinatrucks.com: On February 24, Lanjian T340 Pickups Line-off and Export Delivery Ceremony is grandly held in the FAW-Hongta’s assembly workshop. The glory moment is witnessed by distinguished guests from FAW Group, Qujing Municipal Government, Laos KOLAO Group and FAW-GE, and some leaders and staff of FAW-Hongta. 

 

 

Mr. Gao Yan, General Manager and Chairman of the Party of FAW-Hongta, hands over a “gold key” symbolizing 50 Lanjian T340 pickups to Mr. KoWoon-Ha, head of Laos KOLAO Group.   

 

Lanjian pickup is an important part of FAW Group’s “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” and launched in February 2017. Its offline and first delivery to abroad mark that FAW-Hongta yields an interim result in constructing “three bases” (i.e light commercial vehicle base, independent passenger car base in Southeast and an export base to South Asian and Southeast Asian countries), stepping forward to a new stage. 

 

With the support of China FAW Group Import & Export Co., Ltd., FAW-Hongta makes breakthroughs in overseas sales by signing a three-year export agreement with KOLAO Group on Lanjian T340 pickups and makes it possible to launch Lanjian T340 products both at home and abroad. All this provides good conditions for the exploration of overseas market and the construction of the export base.
