FAW Jiefang and Continental Group Jointly Launches Internet of Vehicles at CES
In the future, China will become one of the major markets in intelligent transport solutions. As a leading player in this promising field, FAW Jiefang launched its internet of vehicles ecosystem with Continental Group at CES held in Las Vagas in U.S.A.
The official launch of the program marks a new milestone in FAW Jiefang’s history. It will further cut operating costs for its customers, improve its after-sales services.By introducing of big data technology and further integrating vehicles, materials and human beings,the program is set to improve overall safety and performance of vehicles and cut energy consumption.
Hu Hanjie, president of FAW Jiefang, Dr. Lu Baike, executive vice president of Continental, made a joint announcement at the exhibition. Both companies invited customers and jounalists to attend FAW Jiefang Eco Cooperation Conference which is scheduled to be held in Xiamen, Fujian province on January 19.
