FAW South Africa Continues to Grow at a Robust Pace
South Africa, July 15th, 2021 -- Data shows that from January to June this year, the overall sales volume of FAW South Africa trucks (AAK) increased by 58.6% to 893 units compared with the same period last year.While trucks (STD) achieved an increase of 125.6% year on year to 1,315 units.
Despite the negative impact of COVID-19, FAW South Africa delivered over 800 units commercial vehicles to its customers. On April 30 this year, it rolled out the 7,000th unit truck JH6 flagship heavy-duty truck, marking a brand new era for the company.
Apart from South Africa, the company also realized a sales volume of 342 units trucks to customers in the neighboring countries, up by 83.9% year on year.
By working closely with its FAW headquarter in China, FAW South Africa will launch Jiefang Hu V series, JK6 series and JH6 series vehicles on the South Africa market.
