FAW Jiefang and CVMC Co-branded Trucks Made its Debut at Bus & Truck 2024
On May 29, the 2024 Beijing International Exhibition on Commercial Vehicles and Components, organized by the China Academy of Transportation Sciences, the Chinese Institute of highway passenger branch, and the Beijing Sub-council of the International Trade Promotion Committee, was successfully held in Beijing. At the event, FAW Jiefang released a dump truck jointly produced with CVMC.
As early as 2019, FAW Jiefang has signed several strategic agreements with CVMC on overseas construction projects. A large number of Jiefang trucks were put into operation in major projects in the Americas, Central Asia and Africa.
This co-branded dump truck is specially built for Ethiopia and other African regions, which will provide both parties with a guaranteed supply of trucks for the subsequent overseas construction projects.
The launch of the co-brand product marks a new achievement as well as the deepening of the cooperation between the two parties. In the future, both parties will work together to develop more customized products according to the actual working conditions in overseas markets on the basis of the existing long-term cooperation.

In the speech, Liu Feng, Deputy Secretary of CVMC fully affirmed the quality of FAW Jiefang trucks and expressed confidence in the product's market prospects. “I look forward to more all-round and multi-level cooperation between the two sides in the future, to contribute our own part to the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative.”
