The 10,000th Jiefang J7 Truck Produced in 2024 Rolled off the Line

On May 28, Jiefang J7 celebrated a milestone moment——The 10,000th Jiefang J7 Truck produced in 2024 rolled off the production Line, five months earlier than it did in 2023.
In the complex environment, FAW Jiefang launched J7 natural gas series products dominated by Chuangling edition CA6SX1 tractor unit in 2024, aiming to address the pain points that a number of users face today.

In 2019, the first 13L 550PS J7 tractor unit was released. In 2020, the world's first mass-produced L3-level intelligent commercial vehicle, Jiefang J7-L3, was released with ‘Jiefang Xing’ telematics to promote the rapid development of intelligent logistics. In 2021, Jiefang J7 with Euro 6 emission was released with a comprehensive upgrade in terms of power chain and quality. Now a wide range of driving types, including 8×4, 6×4, 4×2 and 6×2, were available with L2 or L3 level intelligent driving, and have been widely recognised in the market. In 2023, Jiefang launched the first natural gas powered J7 to solve the limited range of new energy vehicles.

The Jiefang J7 has topped China's high-end heavy truck list for many years in a row, with sales growing from 3,000 units in 2019 to 6,000 units in 2020 and 10,000 units in 2021. Jiefang J7 has also performed well in overseas markets. Data shows that more than 7,000 units J7 were exported from January to May, and J7 has made its presence all over the world, especially in Peru, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
